HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The HR Generalist manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.

~Maintain employee personnel files
~Process bi-weekly payroll using evolution system
~Maintain employee hours using Evoclock system
~Administer company 401k system. Upload contribution amounts to the company 401K site.
~New employee orientation, set up new badges, explain security process and requirements, complete new employee orientation and onboarding
~Administer employee benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, dental program payments.
~Create job descriptions to post on job sites. ~Select qualified candidates for interviewing. ~Create job offer letters
~Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
~Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
~Organizational ability, written and verbal communication, responsiveness, active listening skills, analytical skills, detail oriented, problem solver, creative, ability to work independently and as team, interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
~Will be required to pass a background screening
