HR generalist

I am currently seeking experienced HR Generalists interested in joining an organization who is know to be a market leading electronic cigarette company. The client is looking to hire an HR Generalist who can take ownership of payroll, human capital management systems, and benefits enrollment activities. The candidate will work hand in hand with HR Head to make sure everything is done accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance to the organization's policies and procedures.
The duties of the HR Generalist include, but are not limited to:

ownership of payroll activities for the entire organization
talent acquisition for associate and management level positions
manage employee life cycle
development and enhancement of the training and development programs

Candidates must have:

a BA/ BS; PHR preferred
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll, benefits and recruitment
experience in handling confidential information
fluency in English, with excellent written and oral skills

*Candidates who have experience with doing payroll in multiple states and for over 100 employees are preferred.
