An HR Generalist position is available located in Gardena, Ca with our client a large Manufacturer of specialty fasteners for Aerospace. Must have 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
The HR Generalist responsibilities include:
Manage and Coordinate Plant Recruitment efforts
Manage New Employee Intake Process (Documentation/Orientation)
Develop and Deliver Training Programs
Coordinate employee relations efforts
Manage administration of worker's compensation and LOA
Continuously improve HR processes to more effectively deliver results
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management required
Minimum of three years HR generalist experience with proven track record of success and increased levels of accountability
HR Manufacturing Experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing to effectively handle sensitive issues
Understands general business metrics and how each metric influences each department and its employees.
Experience managing Woker's Compensation claims and LOA
