Description
We are seeking a seasoned Business HR professional with the proven ability to:
-Use deep business acumen to know clients and understand their needs
-Engage with leaders in creating a clear, compelling, and appropriate strategy
-Recommend holistic design solutions and solicit the right resources to define initiatives & usher in change
-Enable change in organizations and monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategies implemented
-Monitor organizational health and integrate with partners responsible for Strategic Employee Relations
-Contribute to and advise the HR senior management team
-Support the transformation of our Business HR department into a strategic, agile learning organization

Knowledge and Experience You Will Need to be Successful in this Role
Critical Areas of Expertise:

Organization & Business Acumen: Understand the political, social, and information networks that exist all around you. Intuit the appropriate questions to ask to assess the business and clarify underlying causes from symptoms. Assess issues in the context of an organization's processes, structures, and capabilities to develop holistic organization responses.

Influence: Ability to influence senior business leaders at all levels of organization and influence and partner with functions across HR.

Relationship Management: Build trusting relationships that allow you to provide both practical and strategic guidance.

Organization and Talent Design: Balance the organization's structure, process, rewards, metrics, and talent with the strategy of the business to create new capabilities to compete in a given market and lead to greater fulfillment.

Delegation & Brokering Resources: Know when to pull in an expert that will enable the work to be successfully executed.

Qualifications:
Business acumen: Intel strategy, business and product groups. Strong understanding of Intel business and its business groups' main goals and challenges; experience and knowledge of how Intel operates globally.

HR and Legal acumen: Processes, systems, precedence and best practices. Assess issues in the context of an organization's processes, structures and capabilities to develop holistic organization responses.

Business consulting skills: Solid design skills for both the organization and its talent. Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.

Analytical capabilities: Ability to see the interconnectedness and cycles of all that surrounds you as well as draw accurate conclusions from data and determine appropriate interventions to address business challenges.

Stake holder management skills: Excellent contracting and stakeholder management skills with an ability to collaborate across management levels. Experience working with senior management and Executive levels is an advantage.

Communication skills: Strong interpersonal communications skills, including influencing and ability to encourage evolution.
Leadership skills: Strong proven leadership skills and experience; a natural teacher with many loyal followers.

Project management skills: Ability to execute foundational Project Management skills where needed and appropriate.

Qualified candidates should possess either:

A Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field with 10 to 12 years related experience OR
A Master of Science degree, a Master of Arts degree, or an M.B.A. with 8 years related experience.
