HR Manager For Small Corporate Office

OfficeTeam is sourcing for an HR manager that would be working at a growing business in Point Loma, CA. Environment: -Small corporate office, business detail oriented dress code This person would be responsible for all of the recruiting in the labor for various projects. This person would also need to have ample knowledge of HR laws and benefits information. They would act as a liaison between the insurance company and the employees, so they would need to be well educated in the benefits department as far as when enrollment happens. -HR degree OR HR certificate with multiple years experience -Open-minded, Quick Learner, People skills -Independent worker preferred -Permits, paperwork and recruiting heavy -Working knowledge of benefits, policies procedures -Strong communication skills -Benefits, PTO, Sick Leave, 401K on their payroll.
