The right candidate will have over 5 years of experience in consulting, call center or shared service operations, process improvement, or HR. As a HR Process Engineering Consultant you is responsible for managing the standardization, design and continuous improvement of HR processes across all business units and regions. Lead process improvement and design teams, train and coach HR staff on process design/improvement tools and methodologies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with several HR groups and internal and external partners to form working teams. Identify and clarify roles/responsibilities of Process Owners, Process Sponsors, team members, and Customers within the working teams. Develop and continuously improve a process design/improvement methodology and toolset which is customized for the HR group and meets the principles of business-focused, customer-focused, and operationally excellent. Drive Voice of the Customer activities and analysis, advocate for the User Experience, and facilitate process design teams in building VOC and UX into their analysis. Act as the steward of customer-driven, data-driven process design discipline and rigor. Acts as the steward of strategic and analytical thinking and frameworks throughout all process teams. Oversee the functional outcome of all process design projects and serve as the overall architect of cross-functional and interdependent solutions to ensure all internal and external partners are aligned with the end-to-end solution. Tracks and reports status of various process work teams. Identifies risks to project success and strategizes mitigations. Prioritize highest ROI projects and activities. Train and coach HR staff to lead process design/improvement teams. Directly facilitate large, complex projects. Collaborate with HR staff to develop and maintain a knowledge base for HR processes, policies, and tools. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in consulting, call center or shared service operations, process improvement, or HR. BA/BS in information technology, human resources, business administration, or related field. Proficiency in visually presenting data insights, crafting PowerPoint presentations, and presenting solutions to leaders Able to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically Demonstrated ability to use a deep understanding of business objectives and issues, probe to root cause, to provide insightful, fact-based analysis to solve complex problems. Strong project team leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to provide team with a clear sense of direction. Proactive, organized, and detail oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving organization Demonstrated ability to exercise intellectual courage and integrity to ask challenging questions, hold others accountable, and influence others towards positive change. Strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills across cultures.
