Adecco is assisting the world's most customer centric technology company in their search for a detail-oriented HR Records Clerk to support their busy team. This position is a long term contract (up to 1 year) opportunity in North Austin.
New job for the New Year!! The pay for this role will be $14.50 hourly. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 9 AM - 6 PM.
Candidate's must have at least 6 months HR admin experience and 1 year total work experience.
Responsibilities and requirements include:
-Providing administrative support to HR team.
-Typing at least 40 wpm.
-Filing, answering phones, scheduling, coordinating meetings and conferences.
-Work with payroll and benefits teams to complete tasks as needed.
-Order office supplies and sort/distribute department mail.
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
-Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
-Familiarity with MS Office required.
