A reputable healthcare organization in the Downtown Los Angeles area is hiring a temporary HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter MUST have experience recruiting within a healthcare organization for clinical and non-clinical positions. Responsibilities also consist of sourcing, screening potential candidates, and managing job postings. Prior experience utilizing Taleo or PeopleSoft is preferred. The HR Recruiter will be working on an average of 20-30 open reqs and will be meeting with hiring managers weekly to provide status updates. The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience and be knowledgeable with recruiting healthcare positions.
