Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruiting of independent contractors and will report to the Director of Resource Development. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high volume recruiting in a fast paced, demanding professional environment. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a process improvement mind set. This individual must be adaptable and able to identify the correct candidates while being open to the fluctuating needs of our clients and industry. This is a supervisory position therefore management experience is a plus as this individual will be in charge of supervising fellow recruiters and HR assistants. Responsibilities - Recruiting / Supervising group of recruiters o Outside recruiting consisting of web based programs and adjuster referrals o Inside recruiting consisting of identifying resources already housed within our system but not currently being utilized for all opportunities at hand o Conducting phone based interviews to assess the experience, interests, and availability of potential vendors - Identifying and deploying the right resources for respective adjuster deployments and daily work through: o Creating rapport with 1099 contractors and understanding their experience and interests o Creating rapport with client managers and understanding their specific needs for their team members o Understanding the nature of deployment types (peril, experience level needed, carrier requirements, inside, field, remote) - Recognizing and developing projects and processes that have the following outcomes: o Nurturing adjuster relationships with Worley to ensure ample resources have a desire to work with the company based on the support and communication we provide o Broadening the adjuster resource base o Developing as much knowledge as possible on each adjuster to be able to better identify the proper resources for each deployment o Streamlining compliance processes and information - Compliance o Understanding compliance needs per insurance carrier and State to ensure Worley and its contractors stay within guidelines during adjuster engagement ?
