HR Recruiter

OfficeTeam is looking for an HR Recruiter to ensures effective and efficient organization, coordination, technical and database support for a financial corporation. The HR Recruiter job duties include but are not limited to:

• Phone screening candidates as needed (50%-60% of time). • Plan and organize interview logistics, details and schedules which include a high volume of calendar and travel coordination. • Prepare communications and correspondence with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, interview team, etc. For example: the interview agenda, Outlook interview invitations, Brass Ring candidate interview communications, etc. • Schedule assessments for example: Partner assessments, call center, etc. • Process expense reports for candidate travel. • Create new requisitions in Workday per the Recruiters direction. • Post requisitions based on the Recruiter's advertising plan such as: internally, targeted job boards such as CareerBuilder, etc. • Enter and send offer letters and new full-time letter regarding onboarding details. • Send Workday candidate redirect emails and other communications as necessary. • Convert contingent contractors/interns to employees through the ATS. • Source candidates for entry level requisitions (25%-30% of time). • Other miscellaneous duties that support the Thrivent Recruitment Process. Job Qualifications: • College degree or an equivalent work experience preferred. • 2+ years of experience related to supporting high volume coordination in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related functions. Prior Talent Acquisition experience required. • Experience conducting and coordinating phone screens/interviews with various levels within an organization • Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems and Expense Tracking Systems • Experience maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials at all times. • High level of organization and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Strong learning agility and resourcefulness • Expert prioritization and multi-tasking in a high volume, fast paced environment.
