As an HR Recruiter you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruitment: recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing. For this position you must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, understanding of the company organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of policy and procedure, federal and state laws regarding employment practices. The HR Recruiter will source, conduct telephone screenings, in-person interviews, assess and refer qualified applicants to fill vacancies throughout the company and participate in the on-boarding process. Qualifications:Energetic person with excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills, has good judgment and enjoys meeting people. The HR Recruiter serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources, marketing or a related field and 3 to 5 years of professional recruitment experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (particularly excel) with excellent social media skills. Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
