Our client, a leader in the financial/banking industry with locations from coast to coast, is currently recruiting for a HR Staffing Coordinator. Position: HR Staffing Coordinator Location: Nashville TN Hours: MWF 8-4:30pm Length: 6 months Pay: $13.40/hr Primary Responsibilities: Supports Recruiter with applicant and candidate coordination, to include assessments, maintaining the integrity of applicant files, building interview schedules, generating offer letters, and submitting new hire paperwork. Serves as a backup for Recruiting Consultant to assist hiring managers and candidates. Responsible for conducting and monitoring all pre-employment processing as well as managing all general administrative duties for the team. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced, production-oriented environment while demonstrating high attention to detail. Candidates should have a proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and function within a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational skills are essential. Requirements: 1. 3-5 years in Administrative roles, preferably within the HR environment 2.
