A construction contracting company is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to support it's La Porte location. This is a temporary project through August 2018. The HRIS Analyst will be assisting the Payroll/ Benefits Manager and other Management to utilize workflows and analyze reporting to help the client continue to grow! The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the system, policies and procedures improvements, ad-hoc reporting, reconciliation of benefit information and more! Some reports the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for are hiring reports, benefit costs, new full-time enrollment, and retention reports. Previous exposure to both SAP and ADP is required and Advanced Excel skills preferred. This is a great long-term opportunity to help a newly acquired company with a huge transition.
