Delivers quality service to management and associates by responding to their inquiries in an accurate and timely fashion. Ensures team related inquiries and transactions are handled in an efficient, effective and high quality manner. Supports the needs of expanding customer base through education & world class service with flexibility in a changing global market.



  • Handle basic calls and or written requests received from customers regarding policies and procedures by accessing various systems to obtain needed information.
  • Ensure all aspects of the transaction assigned is processed and handled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions, both internal and external using available Case Management tools.
  • Promotes the use of on-line tools and assists the customer is accessing and using these systems. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.


  • High school diploma.
  • 0-3 yrs. relevant business experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning ability to interpret various external regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidentiality and tact in dealing with sensitive employee information.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Follow up and problem solving skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of personal computers and proficiency in desktop application software MS Excel and Word.
