Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Human Resource Assistant position in Superior, WI. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity. Responsibilities for this Human Resource Assistant position include:

  • -Keeping electronic and paper files up to date and organized

  • -Answering phones and taking messages

  • -Preparing onboarding paperwork

  • -Calling and prescreening applicants

  • -Preparing new employee files

  • -Assisting the manager with HR projects

  • -Other tasks as assigned



  • Qualifications:

  • -Must possess strong interpersonal skills

  • -Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • -Strong ability to work in a busy environment

  • -Previous office experience needed, HR experience preferred

  • -Previous HR experience preferred and/or coursework in Human Resources or related field

  • Hours are Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Compensation is $12 per hour.
