•Manage the onboarding and off boarding of employees including orientation, background checks and timely collection of new hire paperwork, exit interviews and termination paperwork/procedures •Function as a liaison between HR vendors and employees, advising employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefit matters •Manage and execute on talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with hiring managers (screen resumes, schedule interviews, manage relationship with recruiting managers and recruiters) •Manage payroll and benefits through the Organization's system (update to reflect enrollments, terminations, and changes) •Maintain employee personnel files, including federal I-9 Compliance and licensure verifications •Assists with unemployment claims, workman's compensation issues and any labor claims and audits including monitoring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements •Other administrative duties as assigned
