The HR Representative is responsible for assisting the Corporate Human Resources department and larger HR community in various administrative and systematic duties. This position would be responsible to own many functional HR duties at the corporate office including but not limited to: payroll, new employee orientation, leave of absence, reporting and system data integrity, employee personnel files integrity, and other support tasks as assigned. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: #149; Payroll #150; complete bi-weekly payroll for corporate office ensuring all hours are tracked accordingly and employees are paid correctly. #149; Employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes #150; Perform new full-time orientation, schedule 30 and 90 day follow ups with hiring manager and HR Partner, organize quarterly new employee events, and schedule/collect exit interviews. #149; Leave of Absence #150; administer leave of absence and ensure government standards and company policy are withheld regarding FMLA and other employee leaves. #149; Employee Personnel Files #150; responsible for keeping all employee files up to date and compliant. Responsible for performing data entry and employment related changes to personnel files in an accurate and timely manner. #149; HR Reporting and internal auditing #150; Run reporting for HR team and manipulate data based on request. Run internal HR Reporting to send out to HR Community to ensure HR compliance and data integrity. #149; HR System Data Integrity #150; maintaining systematic data integrity by working with members of the HR teams to process data updates in an accurate and timely manner. Develop broad HR systems knowledge to provide HR community support. #149; Performs other duties as assigned.
