The Recruiter/Generalist is responsible for managing company job application channels, seeking out new talent, screening applicants, interviewing candidates and hiring new employees. Referring applicants for positions throughout the company. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all company aspects, processes and systems, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as extensive knowledge of policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices are essential. ****Please be sure you have the required experience before submitting. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
