HR Officer / HR Manager:
Responsible for all general human resource management functions as well as full cycle recruiting/talent acquisition process.
Create and streamline internal recruitment process.
Should have knowledge of all federal, state, and local HR laws. Possess strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, FCRA and other employment related compliances and regulations.
Create an on-target workforce planning strategy to attain talent acquisition goals.
Successfully recruit and hire new employees for all levels within the organization.
Create manuals related to hiring practices, talent acquisition, labor law compliance, and all human resource processes.
Manage and Monitor the Benefits provided to the employees.
Provide the payroll input data i.e. Joinee, Resignee, Work hours, Overtime, etc. for processing payroll.
Maintains employee files and ensures their security. Confirms all HR forms are in compliance with City, State, and Federal Guidelines.
Help in general office administration.
