Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Human Resource Representative role in Saint Paul, MN. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. As a Human Resource Representative, you will be responsible for providing exemplary service to a broad base of our client's employees and associates. Support the Contingent Workforce Program by managing the administrative aspects of enforcing and educating HR community and Engagement Managers on the Temporary Labor Policy.
Responsibilities for this Human Resource Representative job include :
Manage the administration, follow-up and troubleshooting of the invoice processing with preferred staffing suppliers. Includes working closely with internal Accounts Payable contacts, invoice approvers and staffing supplier accounts receivable teams.
Assist Contingent Workforce Program Manager with staffing supplier communications and build relationship with designated staffing firms.
Educate Engagement Managers on the contingent workforce resources and processes.
Ensure the effective and timely handling of incoming calls, office correspondence, emails, faxes and mailings.
Manage and monitor Contingent Workforce Resource intranet page to ensure documents are updated, maintained and functioning as expected.
Liaison to internal and external partners including recruiters, HR partners, engagement managers, vendors, and business leaders.
Manages special projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ Year of administrative experience working within an accounts payable, human resources and/or staffing department.

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business discipline
Strong time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities and a meticulous attention to details a must. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful, and use sound judgment and tact - especially when handling confidential matters.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a service oriented focus.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
Critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills balanced with vision and creativity.
A successful candidate will be a quick learner to gain knowledge of organizational operations, procedures, and staff. They must also be reliable, flexible, and approachable.
Must be process oriented and adaptable with proven internal drive and follow through in a fast paced, results driven environment.
Applied knowledge and proficiency of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and the internet.
Chosen candidate will work first-shift hours (app. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday)
