Protect the confidentiality of all company documents, and the information contained within those documents.

The ability to use modern tools and technology including: desktop computers, Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Word and Excel, Web-based applicant tracking systems and the corporate HRIS database.

The ability to build strong and beneficial business relationships with all users of human resources programs and processes.

Speech clarity: the ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.

Oral Comprehension: the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

Written comprehension: the ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.

Near vision: the ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

Alphabetizing: must be able to quickly alphabetize lists of names and groups of files.

Written expression: must communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.

Problem sensitivity: must be able to understand when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong, not solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.

Deductive reasoning: ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Must occasionally exert or lift up to 30 pounds.

Knowledge requirements:

English language, including the meaning and use of and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Spanish language, being conversant in Spanish is preferred.

Clerical skills, knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.

Knowledge of computer databases and associated reports.

Knowledge of modern HR Web-based applicant tracking systems and/or talent management systems is preferred.

Job Requirements
Reading, comprehending, utilizing and archiving human resources paper and electronic personnel forms, reports and records data.
Supporting office support teams and retail support teams in their efforts to appropriately utilize human resources programs, processes and procedures.
Communicating directly with office support teams and store retail teams regarding the appropriate use of human resources programs, systems and processes.
Helping to administer the company's human resources database and applicant tracking system.
Helping to administer all other human resources programs, systems and processes.
Helping to communicate/train human resources programs, systems and processes.
Observing all company and human resources policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as needed or assigned by management.
