How you will make an impact: • Partner with managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives. • Manages full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals. Create and implement a recruitment marketing strategy to attract passive job seekers. • Develops and implements strategic initiatives for recruiting the best and diverse talent. • Works with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. • Maintains and schedules orientation and on-boards new associates – create offer letters for new associate and complete new hire paperwork. • Organizes, completes and maintains accurate associate information and database records. • Utilizes various internet sources, vendors and networking to source and hire the best talent. • Available to work with associates and assist them with questions, concerns and completion of paperwork. • Maintains and oversees Internal Job Opportunity Program. • Assists managers with identifying and developing annual training needs/gaps in order to create new training programs or modify existing programs. • Develops, coordinates, facilitates, and maintains training programs.
