South Jersey organization is seeking a Bilingual in Spanish Human Resource Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis, benefit plan delivery and ongoing administration, compliance, project management, development of associate communications, fulfilling management reporting requirements, and responding to human resource and benefit requests. Develop and maintain working relationships with human resource business partners, cross-functional leads, and vendors to ensure the effective and efficient communication, implementation and day-to-day administration of all benefits plans, programs and initiatives. Assist with the planning and administration of the company's benefit programs; this includes preparation and distribution of summary plan descriptions, benefit highlights for recruiting, medical plan and other statutory notices, and participant benefit statements. Participate in the ongoing design and implementation of an effective associate communications and education program for Company benefit plans. Support the Annual Enrollment process, as needed. Represent Benefits on cross-functional project teams reviewing processes and procedures. This includes actively participating in the development and implementation of policies and practices that support broader Human Resources objectives. Provide technical support on annual plan audits, government filings, benefit integrations, and other related compliance activities, as assigned.
