• Under limited supervision - responsible for recruiting of general warehouse positions utilizing StarSource, the company talent acquisition software program, including analyzing applications, conducting phone screening of applicants, scheduling interviews, making hiring suggestions, monitoring job offers and pre-employment testing in the StarSource system to ensure the hiring process is moving along and staffing needs are being filled in a timely manner. Conduct new-hire orientations, coordinate and track internal job bids and provide administrative support to the HR department. • Serve as a fully-trained back-up to payroll to ensure payroll is completed in time to meet the corporate deadline on Monday’s. • Assist the HR Manager in tracking and monitoring all employee-related compliance program deadlines. Collect, compile and analyze moderately complex data and information and compose straightforward written descriptions of results. • Requires experience working discreetly with confidential information and the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills 487002
