Job Description
As a Human Resources (HR) Manager - Labor Relations for CVS Health, you will provide HR support for the Wilkes-Barre, PA Mail Order Pharmacy. You will act as main point of contact for functional leaders regarding HR issues and play a strategic role in partnering and supporting the Mail Pharmacy Operations.

You will be critical in the success of this site and will create and implement creative solutions for employees regarding their learning and development. You will looks for ways to keep employees engaged and help optimize site productivity. You will partner with HR professional in the company to manage relationships and act as a liaison on behalf of the employees.

You will provides counsel to support the building of a single culture in a matrix environment and rapidly changing business. You will identify issues and initiates resolutions in line with corporate policies and in support of business direction. You will lead site management in execution of major HR initiatives and facilitates positive change management. You will conduct sound and thorough investigations and participates in decision-making and issue resolution along with driving and executing best HR practices.

Duties & responsibilities:
-Leading Performance & Talent Management processes.

Managing employee relations, change management and the implementation of company-wide initiatives into aligned business unit.
Monitoring, analyzing and reporting relevant data to ensure consistent process improvement and positive change.
Leading and building high performing teams.
Identifying needs and initiates communication, ad-hoc training and interventions to address management and employment development and performance issues.
Establishing and maintaining business relationships with site functional leaders by gaining understanding strategic objectives and counsel.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional Human Resource experience or comparable operations experience.
1+ year of experience managing in a union environment and/or union campaign management.
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications
PHR or SHRM Certification.
Experience leading other HR personnel.
Experience in managing within a large-scale industry with exposure to matrix leading.
Experience in partnering with centralized HR model for employee relations and intake tactical management.
Experience partnering with employees at all levels of an organization.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to meet deadlines and multiple opposing priorities.
Solid knowledge of all areas of HR functions including but not limited to: employment law, change management, recruitment, retention and performance and talent management.
Strong Analytical skill set with advance proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products specifically: Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree preferred.
