The Prudential El Paso office is looking to hire a Consulting Manager, HR Compensation to support the Corporate HR Market Intelligence Team. This position requires knowledge of all aspects of compensation required to develop and administer compensation programs.
The individual will be responsible for driving project deliverables on behalf of our US business partners. We are seeking someone who can work under very little supervision, who can provide project management on significant compensation endeavours, data analysis and analytical insights to support the HR Market Intelligence team.
The individual must be driven and flexible in their attitude. This person will also take on the day to day management of processes, functions and projects within the department, act as a consultant, and provide subject matter expertise.
