Our client, a financial services firm located in beautiful Santa Monica is looking for a temporary Human Resources Assistant to commit through April 2018 to cover for a maternity leave. As the Human Resources Assistant you will support the human resources department with various administrative duties. This would be an ideal position for someone who is looking to gain more experience in the human resources field. You will assist with clerical functions such as creating new hire files, preparing new hire orientation materials, assist with the recruiting process and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. The hours for this position are 8-5 (with some flexibility for an early or later start time).
