Responsibilities: •Participate as a key member of the site operation team providing HR support, analysis and recommendations that support the achievement of site operations productivity objectives •Effectively balances business partner responsibility with employee advocacy, and builds a positive employee relations culture and work environment. •Develops and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and foster inclusion. •Identify legal and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure procedures and policies reporting are in compliant. •Maintain an effective level of business literacy including the company goals, mission, strategy, competition, technology and culture. •Talent Management •Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes for hourly and salaried recruitment •Identify and implement orientation and training programs, orchestrate learning skills and career development of workforce. •Develops and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and foster inclusion that includes but not limited to develop an effective employee review process. •Drive talent management and human resources planning systems •Identify high-performing, high potential individuals to help build plant bench strength and succession planning •Payroll, Benefits, and HRIT •Process payroll and other benefits and make changes to employees' files as necessary. •Manage compensation and benefits plans, and seek updates accordingly •Maintain the HR system that includes but not limited to payroll, human resources, benefits, time amp; labor, and talent management modules. •Understands and utilizes technology to efficiently deliver HR systems and help people stay connected to each other.
