OfficeTeam is currently looking for a Workforce Coordinator. The Workforce Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Director of Operations, the Operations Leaders and the Scheduling Team, the Workforce Coordinator will execute all directives for scheduling the union workforce. The Workforce Coordinator will coordinate manage exceptions to the union workforce schedule to ensure adequate personnel are working to meet production customer needs. The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for the coordinating and scheduling training for the entire workforce. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited too: • Ensure staffing decisions fully conform to the Company's Food Safety Management System, Workforce Safety Initiatives and the Collective Bargaining Agreement • Responsible for the optimum daily staffing of union, production team members using Ceridian's Dayforce Scheduling Module • Responsible for attendance tracking alerting Operations Leaders as necessary for disciplinary actions utilizing Attendance Tracking System • Responsible for resolving union payroll issues in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement work/pay rules • Responsible for coordinating annual union vacation/time off process with all union employees • Coordinate, schedule and track all training for all company employees • Offer language input into union contract and maintain positive bargaining committee relations • Uploading completed training documents to SharePoint FS22000 database as required according to the Training and Competence Awareness Program Required Knowledge, Experience and Education: • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing organization • Ability to work through work/pay rules collaboratively applying information in the collective bargaining agreement • Good organizational skills and ability to monitor and coordinate activities, workforce and production requirements • Developed skills in interpersonal relations, communication, analytical thinking, organizing, decision making, conflict resolution, influencing decisions and transferring knowledge • Solid computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications • Gain an understanding for personnel scheduling and training decisions based on data collected from Foxboro, Infusion Historian, Active Factory, Ceridian, etc. • Weekend Coverage – Flexibility in hours – some weekend/holiday work required For immediate consideration, please send an updated resume to or call (920)996.9520 and speak with Amanda.
