Adecco is currently seeking either an HR/Payroll Specialist or an HR/Payroll Manager that has experience with ADP Workforce Now for one of our clients.

The job duties include assisting the HR/Payroll Manager with the overall "hire to retire" function within the business unit. This may include, but not limited to items such as payroll, benefits, worker's compensation, scheduling, reporting and training.

Assist the HR/Payroll Manager with the payroll function of the organization from the time of payroll data input to report distribution and all points in between.

Compile and direct timecard data, calculate pay adjustments and key data into payroll system.

Prepare, process and track wage garnishment and child support orders.

Following standard policies and procedures, review and analyze payroll data and reports for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate posting to payroll records.

Ensure electronic flow of key payroll information to third party vendors occurs accurately and timely (401k), FSA, etc.

Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

Ensure compliance with personnel file completion, record retention and training documentation.

Accurately input and maintain electronic data in the human resource information system (ADP Workforce Now) in a timely manner.

Develop and deliver biweekly reports designed to monitor standard HR metrics such as open positions, time to fill, retention rates, exit interviews, etc.

Associates Degree is required, Bachelor¿s Degree preferred with two to five years of Human Resource or Payroll Experience.

Excellent time management, organizational and prioritizing skills needed.

Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to follow company policies and procedures and state and federal laws concerning labor and employment.

Outstanding verbal communications required, as position interacts with people of all skill levels and abilities.

Ability to utilize HRIS software, including but not limited to recruitment boards, social media websites, ADP Workforce Now platform, ad-hoc reporting, as well as all MS Office products. Excellent MS Excel skills.

Self-initiated and critical decision making skills are used on a daily basis in the position.

The ability to work with confidential information even under stressful or difficult situations is paramount.
