Drive and manage new requirements for IBM Cloud Network Tribe specifically for Federal accounts and close functional gaps in IBM Cloud Federal datacenter's. Participate in architecture and solution sessions. Own strategy within a market segment, determine its user value proposition, and define the differentiated offering. Perform market opportunity analysis to contribute to the segment point-of-view (POV).
Leverage stakeholder networks, monitors trends, and actively engage prospects to identify potential growth opportunities. Outline strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of major competitive offerings, feature/functionality differences, and estimates of competitor share across geographies. Leverage business analytic tools to derive insights and scenario analysis to develop or hone appropriate strategic responses.
Develop and deliver innovative offerings to market, define all offering elements and value proposition including components, functionality, UI/UX needs, customer success, digital engagement, APIs, and ecosystem requirements. Interpret client needs and use case scenarios, translate needs into differentiating and innovative offering design requirements, and provide a long-term roadmap and release plan for the offering as a key component of the strategic plan. Utilize software development of network and security protocols following agile, design thinking and DevOps methodologies; Cloud Network services; Market/Competitive analysis in software defined networking; and Route-to-market strategy (digital and enterprise).
Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computing and Information Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience in product management or development in public cloud and network services.
Any Location in US: Preferred in Dallas, T, Austin, TX, San Jose, CA, RTP, NC.
