This role will assist in the preparation of standard correspondence to customers as delegated by a supervisor or project manager as well as respond to inquiries from customers in writing or verbally regarding routine contract/service provisions, processes, associated changes, or conversions. 



  • Performs various support functions with standard procedures and under specific instructions
  • Examines various transactions and documents for correctness to ensure compliance with company guidelines
  • May select, classify, or compile information from sources to prepare reports or studies
  • May examine and evaluate inquiries; replies by telephone or standard form letter
  • May receive and review data from sources, including policy holders; may interpret data and translate it into appropriate media for system input
  • May maintain files and / or classify, index, and cross-reference records
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required.


  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of relevant business experience
  • Ability to acquire general knowledge of the unit’s business functions and standard operating procedures.
