Job Description
Job Summary
An opportunity exists for the position of Business Analyst within the OTC derivatives on boarding & Change Management team in Irvine. The Derivatives on boarding & Change team is responsible for new business integration & Change Management for the Derivatives Centre of excellence throughout North America. This team is also responsible for supporting continuous operating model and STP improvements across the lifecycle of derivatives servicing, from trade management through to accounting, pricing and reconciliation.
Experience with OTC Derivatives is required.

  • Encourage suggestions for, and implementation of, continuous improvements to core products and services

  • Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Financial or business background with a related degree
  • Business analyst experience within financial services
  • Client on-boarding and/or large project implementation experience
  • An understanding of Change Management
  • Ability to evaluate and analyse complex data
  • Operational process mapping
  • Project planning
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Testing support
  • Direct client facing experience
  • Strong analytical and solid time management skills, able to prioritize
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
