Essential Job Responsibilities:  

  • Provide consultation to the client before, during and after implementation/conversion.
  • Monitor the status, coordinate, and effectively communicate progress and any potential problems to manager, internal Business Units and Account Executives for awareness and/or resolution.
  • Identify client's existing applications and workflows to ensure all data is converted successfully.
  • Analyze and determine implementation requirements and provide to appropriate Business Units.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to client database records to record activities.
  • Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation/conversion process.
  • Attend team meetings and work with various levels of Management
  • Perform other related duties and process improvement projects as requested by management.

Required Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in financial services, banking and software industries

Job Related Experience:

  • Five to ten  years systems/data analysis in the financial services industry, or a closely related field.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies, as well as, project lifecycle
  • Experience in driving small to medium sized projects within an organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Project Management tools
  • Must be able to make decisions and solve problems that are general in nature and for which there are precedents. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Works well in an environment with firm deadlines and high volume; results oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer systems and personal computer use.
  • Weekend and off hours work and availability is required

Travel Required:

  • 10-15%
