Under general supervision, manages the training and workflow
process for the installation of iKnowMed EHR, and Lynx Mobile in a physician
practice/multiple sites, based on the specific workflow determined by the
project team. Analyzes and redesigns
workflow to ensure the maximum effectiveness in the use of iKnowMedEHR, Lynx
Mobile, and integrated technologies by the end users.
Acts as the primary support person for end users during
project implementation. Supports and
adheres to the McKesson Specialty Health Compliance Program, to include the
Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
degree or work experience equivalent in Nursing, Pharmacy, Information Systems
or related Healthcare field.
years work experience training, implementing and/or supporting clinical staff
and providers in use of EHR or other clinical systems.
years experience in health care environment, preferred clinic setting.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel,
CSV, Webex and PDF file
- Writes succinctly – Writing of site notes and
policies and procedures is both clear and succinct. Expresses ideas and conveys information
in a minimum of words.
Appropriately uses written communications.

Lynx Mobile Skills –
Computer equipment and peripherals.
Lynx Mobile Cabinets and install remote locks on refrigerators.
understanding of Web Browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome & Firefox
understanding of Operating Systems (i.e. Windows, Mac, Android)
understanding of Network appliances (network panels, hubs, switches, CAT5/6
Ethernet cables & Drops) and concepts (CAT5 Ethernet, Wireless Access, IP
Configuration, Internet bandwidth)
- Remote based
- Travel up to 80%
- Clinics, Pharmacy and Hospitals.
- Understand safety requirements of working in an environment where
Chemotherapy is mixed, Biohazards, and administered.
- Weekend travel may be required.
