Start Date: 1/22/2018

Provide assistance to banking customer inquiries regarding online Bill Pay service, eBills, etc.  This team works directly with our billers and payees to research payment receipt, confirm correct payment addresses for checks, investigates fees that may have been assessed and responds to the biller and/or payees with their findings.
