Expand your sales experience and discover new success on the cutting edge of technology. You'll sell our inventive video products and services to residential customers, working three days during the week from 2-11pm and Saturday and Sunday from 1-10pm in our Inbound Sales Call Center. Here you will identify potential customers (new or upgrade), follow up on leads, and dynamically present programming content, pricing, and packages. You will also use multiple internal sites and databases to prepare and document daily sales activity.
•Good verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
•An understanding of technological features and equipment functionality
•Previous experience selling telecommunication products and Call Center experience is strongly preferred
•Bilingual Spanish required
