Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC, is expanding their corporate headquarters in the Dallas, TX market and have several new opportunities estimated to start on 4/1/17 as a result of the recent acquisition by Arca Continental Beverages, a partner with the Coca-Cola Company for over 90 years. These new positions will be part of the new structure and company. The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages team is comprised of 9 manufacturing facilities and distributes product from 37 locations. The ideal candidate has a manufacturing and/or quality assurance background in addition to strong IT capability. It is critical that this individual be able to communicate practically with quality, production associates at the shop floor level, and IT technical associates. This role primarily delivers quality projects and initiatives but will work in collaboration with associates across other PSS functions such as IT and Procurement. This role will be responsible for enabling the long term sustainability and proper functionality of the business (Quality & Food Safety) and IT projects in support of business in a manner that ensures compliance to existing requirements as well as develop and implement new processes, protocols and requirements as may be determined to assure that Quality and Food Safety needs are met.

 

* The Infinity QS and Technical Data Management Manager maintains and administers the InfinityQS Database on Corporate Servers and Multiple Site Servers.

o Manage master data on the corporate server that includes creation of new jobs. Maintains employee profiles including user access levels for their roles, common specifications, as well as plant/process specific specifications and required tests.

o Manage corporate data from all plants to ensure that corporate projects within the application are available and required data reports generated. Manage the InfinityQS database on the site servers to ensure all master data is transferred correctly to all site databases. Troubleshoot errors on the site servers if master data transfer errors occur.

 

* Troubleshoot connection issues between handhelds/ PC's, Site Servers, and Corporate Server.

o Coordinate with IQS or company departments such as IT when challenges arise that affect the function of the InfinityQS application.

o Create or design new InfinityQS projects, or edit existing projects to provide for new bottling requirements as necessary.

o Train users to use the InfinityQS application in these areas:

* Superusers at each site on how to use the administrative functions of the IQS Application such as job or lot management.

* Plant Management on generating reports to analyze data from the site’s database.

* Leadership in obtaining information from site databases or from the corporate database.

o Act as Point of Contact for InfinityQS, corporate IT, leadership, and site users.

 

* Maintain and Administer the EtQ database:

o Manage the keywords used in document control and corrective/preventative actions.

o Maintain the user profiles on the EtQ on demand database.

o Provide user access levels required for their roles.

o Provide document control review to ensure documents created by the facility are properly formatted for document control.

o Ensure corporate documents are updated in the EtQ database as needed.

o Provide training for administrators and managers at the plant level for creating and administering documents for their site.

 

* RECIPE MANAGEMENT HYPERTRACK and QEHSS SharePoint site:

o Administer the Recipe Management & Hypertrack database to ensure requirements are documented and maintained.

o Act as a Point of Contact for Hypertrack for leadership and the site users.

o Develop and administer the QEHSS SharePoint site to ensure all necessary requirements are maintained for quality, environmental, health and safety.

o Train site users to access and use Hypertrack and the QEHSS SharePoint site.

 

* Initiative leadership: (Infolink, PMCOE liaison, etc.)

o Execution and support of technical projects to assure successful implementation per design criteria.

o Assure that quality requirements & food safety standards are being met across applicable platforms.

o Identify and share best practices across all locations.

o Develop new processes and protocols that may become necessary based upon necessity and risk to business.

o Provide technical leadership and training relative to initiatives as a means of building capability and ensuring sustainability.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

* Advanced level English

* 3 years of experience Syrup Blender operator and Lab Technician assistant

* 3 years of experience as Systems Manager (ISO)

* 5 years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager

* Travel: 25% office; 25% plant; 50% travel
