As a Consulting Associate, your initial role will include working directly with our experienced and senior consultants and you’ll be exposed to a large cross-section of engagements and projects that develop your career. Some of the major area we cover within our engagements include cloud services (Office 365, Microsoft Azure IaaS, rights management, MDM, SSO, etc.), security (authorization, authentication, SIEM, DLP, AV, Layer 7), storage and compute (VMWare/HyperV, SAN/server architecture, etc.), and Network (Route, Switch, Control).
Many of the job responsibilities required of a Consulting Associate are directly related to delivering the operational services to clients, remotely and on their premises, to support, configure and manage the infrastructure we supply to them, as well as servicing their needs ranging from desktop support, change management and implementation, troubleshooting, break/fix and working with account managers to improve our managed services delivery to clients.
You will use your strong analytical skills to develop and understanding of client needs and work with engineers to design solutions to meet requirements. As your skills develop, you will be able to take on additional design responsibilities and move away from pure client support services.
