This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Seattle, Washington region and is a short term temporary-to-fulltime employment opportunity. Major responsibilities • Organize and route incoming telephone calls • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customer • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion • Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement • Establish strong rapport with our clients via the telephone to identify needs and present solutions • Successfully qualify and pair customers to the right products that meets their need • Exceed monthly sales goals and performance tasks
