Inside Sales Account Manager - Round Rock, TX (16001207)
The Dell Client Solutions team is looking for a proven leader to join them as a Technical Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll provide leadership and daily direction to a team of Client TSR’s who support to the Core sales teams and our field Client specialists around specialty lines of business (Precision, Rugged, Tablet/2in1).
The ideal candidate will drive growth in our key LOBs while improving the overall skill and effectiveness of their team
-Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support to the team and business unit
-Holds TSR team to a high standard of sales excellence and activities
-Creates a strong culture of success and positive morale
-Works cross functionally with marketing and product groups around our specialty LOB’s
-Manages quota setting, pipeline activities and weekly call the ball activities for the region
-Researches customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve alongside or in support of team members
-Liaises between the Business Unit and sales organizations
-Focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience
-Facilitates product and sales information flow
-Drives sales operations process improvements
-May serve as primary interfaces with other internal functions, based on BU and/or regional requirements
-May be responsible for influencing marketing/product group behavior and capabilities
-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
-4 years of successful Dell sales and leadership experience
-Ideal candidate will have successfully managed teams of people
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Dell tools
-Passion for advanced Technology (Precision, Rugged, Tablet)
-A proven track record of sustained excellence
-Bachelor degree in related field
-Customer facing experience
