Position Description
Sells the company’s low & high complexity products and/or services via telephone.  Generates prospective customers through cold calling and closes sales generated by cold calling.  Qualifies and follows up with sales leads.  Establishes and maintains relationships with current customers and internal account executives.  May direct customers to website or other company resources for information.  Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.  Exercises judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.  Has thorough knowledge of company products/services.

  • Sells products and services to current customer base
  • Sells products and services to new customers
  • Works collaboratively with Account Executives to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintains activity and forecasting reports in


Minimum Requirements
1+ years sales experience

Critical Skills

  • Ability to understand and learn assigned product(s), company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience selling products and/or solutions via phone or face to face
  • Effective PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint 

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Prior experience working with sr. level executives and management is preferred
  • Knowledge of sales territory management - is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Sales training - Miller Heiman, Sandler, etc.

4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
