OfficeTeam is searching for an experienced Inside Sales Representatives for our exciting client in the Automotive Industry! The Inside Sales Rep will be working directly with the senior sales team to follow up on incoming leads and will make calls to find qualified prospects. The ideal Inside Sales Rep will have at least one year of experience and an interest in the industry. Responsibilities: • Outbound calling of at least 50 calls a day to identify new business opportunities within a target market segment of SMB and mid-market corporate leads. • Achieve measurable inside sales goals in a sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data into a CRM system is required • Interact with prospects via telephone, e-mail, and social media outlets • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections • Identify, qualify, and close new businesses opportunities by working directly with Key Decision Makers. • Develop accounts to stimulate opportunity • Leverage outbound/inbound tele-prospecting methodologies and relationship building selling techniques • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Sales rep, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity • Achieve monthly revenue, gross profit, and recurring revenue goals by selling our portfolio of products and managed services.
