Job Description:
Searching for talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast paced environment and can jump start a long sales cycle of solutions. A successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious objectives across multiple geographies and business expertise. You must be comfortable making a high number of calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and setting up initial meetings.
Key responsibilities:
Cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting within designated accounts
Developing and accomplishing a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding established goals
Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
Partnering with Sales & Marketing to determine essential strategic approach & direction
Maintaining and expanding the CRM within assigned geographies on a daily basis
Outbound and inbound account management and leading marketing campaigns
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead sources and follow up with outbound cold calls and emails
Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest
Setup conference calls and WebEx demos for product offerings
Participating in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes

Experience & Requirements:
3-8 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Bachelors Degree with 1-3 years experience
Technology and complex selling experience highly preferred
Thrive in a fast-paced, high volume, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Track record of over-achieving established goals
Expert within Salesforce or similar CRM
Prominent organization and presentation skills
Highly proficient within Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Exceptional verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and managed time effectively
Must be a motivated self starter, problem solver and customer service/goal oriented
BS/BA degree or equivalent

Full time opportunity in Central Houston. Paying base of $40K with bonus and commission structure.
