Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative’s primary focus is on generating qualified leads that convert into wins for sales opportunities via appointment setting and contact generation activities.  The qualified individual utilizes several methods of contact generation to develop relationships with selected target accounts in an on-going effort to expand Crowe Horwath brand, building awareness by accurate need identification and solution positioning.  The Inside Sales Representative instinctively develops an understanding of prospect needs, assesses the fit between needs and Crowe Horwath service capabilities, and works to deliver an appropriate response to identified needs in a timely manner.


Skill sets required include:

  • Demonstrates the ability to make cold calls into our large and middle market accounts, establish qualified meetings, and build account relationships with “C” level people and others throughout the organization.
  • Develops a working knowledge of our services and industry at a level to engage in a discussion with “C” level prospects.
  • Possesses strong telephone communication skills and can build relationships over the telephone
  • Utilizes CRM as an expert
  • Ability to understand others perspective to generate opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • Possesses related work/industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an accounting organization, services delivery or sales role for a professional services firm selling consulting and accountancy services.
