About the Job
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will play a critical role in generating revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of Waste Management services to small/medium business segment customers. The ISR will primarily be contacting current customers who are candidates for "Right Sizing". You will utilize this consultative selling approach to assist those customers who have outgrown their current hauling services and identify solutions to provide them with better service.
All of our Sales Professionals at Waste Management consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals as well as establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions. This translates into awesome commissions which we will discuss in a moment.

You are adept at identifying an organization's needs and can strategically create a wonderful partnership with them, creating value on both sides. You're motivated to not only achieve your goal, but to exceed it in whatever way possible. You have a relentless, "never say die" attitude and you love a good challenge. And, oh yes, you want to make some money while doing it!
About the Team
You'd be working for an awesome manager, Rick Miller (feel free to look him up on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/richard-miller-85834a24/ ) who leads a team of dynamic sales professionals. Rick shares responsibilities with Kimberly and Sarah who work as a team spending time on training their people and bringing them along through hands-on guidance. Rick isn't worried if you don't have prior waste experience. He can teach that part. If you have the proper attitude and willingness to learn, then success with Rick is inevitable.
About our Minimum Requirements
At a minimum, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
About our Preferred Requirements
We'd prefer that you have at least three years of B2B sales experience specifically in a hunter capacity. This is an Inside Sales role, which means that it's a step up from your typical customer service sales position. As such, you'll be an accomplished sales rep, with many accolades to show for it. You'll easily be able to highlight your achievements and successes and should be proud to share them! Also, you'll be able to navigate a CRM tool pretty easily - and if it's Salesforce.com , then we're in business!
