RECEIVES AND PROCESSES HIGHLY COMPLEX CUSTOMER ORDERS. HANDLES INQUIRIES, AND/OR COMPLAINTS COVERING ITEMS OR PRODUCTS ORDERED. MAY PROACTIVELY MAINTAIN AN ONGOING RELATIONSHIP WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND SALES STAFF. WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO RESOLVE ISSUES. MAY HANDLE MULTIPLE PRODUCT MARKETS. INTERACTS WITH SALES AND SUPPLY CHAIN EMPLOYEES. UNIVERSITY DEGREE AND 1 YEAR SUGGESTED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, OR 2 YEAR DEGREE AND 6 YEARS SUGGESTED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.

SOX COMPLIANCE
DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE TO SUPERVISOR TO PERFORM TASKS ASSIGNED.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIRED; ASSOCIATE OF ARTS DEGREE (A.A.S) PREFERRED; AND FIVE TO SEVEN YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

ABILITY TO READ, ANALYZES, AND INTERPRETS GENERAL BUSINESS PERIODICALS, PROFESSIONAL JOURNALS, TECHNICAL PROCEDURES, OR GOVERNMENTAL REGULATIONS. ABILITY TO WRITE REPORTS, BUSINESS CORRESPONDENCE, AND PROCEDURE MANUALS. ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY PRESENT INFORMATION AND RESPOND TO QUESTIONS FROM GROUPS OF MANAGERS, CLIENTS, CUSTOMERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

ABILITY TO CALCULATE FIGURES AND AMOUNTS SUCH AS DISCOUNTS, INTEREST, COMMISSIONS, PROPORTIONS, PERCENTAGES, AREA, CIRCUMFERENCE, AND VOLUME. ABILITY TO APPLY CONCEPTS OF BASIC ALGEBRA AND GEOMETRY.

REASONING ABILITY

ABILITY TO SOLVE PRACTICAL PROBLEMS AND DEAL WITH A VARIETY OF CONCRETE VARIABLES IN SITUATIONS WHERE ONLY LIMITED STANDARDIZATION EXISTS. ABILITY TO INTERPRET A VARIETY OF INSTRUCTIONS FURNISHED IN WRITTEN, ORAL, DIAGRAM, OR SCHEDULE FORM.

COMPUTER SKILLS

TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY, AN INDIVIDUAL SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF MS EXCEL SPREADSHEET SOFTWARE AND MS WORD, MS POWERPOINT WORD PROCESSING SOFTWARE. EXPERIENCE USING AS400 OPERATING SYSTEMS IS A PLUS.
