Responsibilities for this job include:
Fulfill Customer Orders
ERP Software system input sales orders and quotes for purchasing, production, and logistics of materials.
Phone calls, inquires, calling prospective and existing customers to build business
Work with all Team members in Sales, and Management
Requires a high degree of task and phone management, follow up, bids, quotes preparation and detail management.
Attend seminars and classes as needed for product knowledge.
Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
Prompt and dependable attendance.
High School Diploma or GED
Associated Degree in Business and / or related field ro equivalent work experience.
Two years in Office Setting.
Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office
Excellent Phone Skills
Customer service skills internal and external
Excellent Communication Skills.
