Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-exempt / Non-commissionable
Reports To: Director Inside Sales

Job Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will assist internal sales staff, customers and territory managers with the day-to-day administration and operation of MWI sales to include return authorizations within the guidelines established by MWI and the vendors we represent.

Job Responsibilities :

To provide overall administration support to internal sales staff, territory managers, vendor partners and MWI customers.

• Process a variety of applicable sales order functions timely and accurately to customer accounts.
• To include orders for:
o Rabies tags
o Ear tags
o Government accts w/controls
o Specialty customers
o Faxed orders
o Vendor & Sample orders
o Vet One or Vendor bill only processes.
• Assist in Bid work and quotes for customers
• Administer returns process for customers, vendors, drop ship manufactures, Securos and others as needed.
• Communicate vendor policies to internal and external customers when applicable or as needed on the denial of a return authorization request.
• Generate Row Labels for email, fax or mailing to customers for approved returns.
• Answer Queue call sales overflow
• Assist in Target focus opportunities
o Promotional offers
o New to market opportunities
o Generics target focus

Minimum Education and Experience:
A High school diploma or equivalent required. Extended education or experience valued. Well-developed customer service and communication skills are required. Ability to work under minimal supervision; ability to work as a team member in a team environment; proficient in accurate data entry is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are mandatory. Knowledge of Web based online sales program functions; Microsoft Office & AS400 operating systems are beneficial. Animal Health industry knowledge is preferred.
