We are looking for an Insights Manager to join our team in blending business analytics and research to closely support internal sales and cross-functional partners. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team of 6-8 Insights team members who collectively drive incremental sales and deepen strategic relationships with our Sales Solutions clients. You will also be expected to provide a transformational career opportunity to the members of your team.
  • Help define and execute the LSS analytics roadmap to provide insights and thought leadership that fuel our Sales Solutions business
  • Sit on the Americas sales leadership team for Sales Solutions as a key business leader and contributor on strategic initiatives and decisions
  • Proactively disseminate valuable insights to key stakeholders
  • Infuse insights into our DNA by training our sales and cross-functional partners on how to apply the insights delivered by the team
  • Increase adoption and usage of data-driven insights in all stages of the sales process
  • Represent the Insights team at internal business reviews and select client meetings
  • Increase the penetration of research and data insights among LinkedIn s largest clients leading to larger deal sizes and more strategic relationships
  • Inspire a team of analysts to do their best work and, through active development and coaching, prepare them for the next step in their career within the first 18 to 24 months on the job
  • Effectively source, interview and hire a strong team that is constantly growing and holds a very high standard in everything they do
  • Maintain high employee engagement and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Onboard new analysts effectively
  • Achieve superior satisfaction scores from key stakeholders within the core businesses you support, including sales and cross-functional leaders
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree
  • 6+ years of related work experience post college
  • 2+ years of people management and development experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree
  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • High-level problem solving and analytical skills, combined with sharp business judgment and exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally
  • Expertise in sales, product, marketing, or operations
  • Knowledge of quantitative research and data analytics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Technical proficiency with SQL, Hadoop or similar technologies
